Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Client (referred to as either “you” or “your”) refers to the individual or entity using our services.
• Service refers to the website and wedding planning services provided by Eelegant Events.

Services Provided

Eelegant Events provides wedding planning services, including but not limited to venue selection, vendor sourcing, decoration, event coordination, and other related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at the discretion of the Company.

Booking and Payment

• Booking: To secure our services, a written agreement and a deposit are required. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
• Payment Terms: Payment schedules and terms will be outlined in the service agreement. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule.
• Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if any, will be determined based on the time of cancellation and outlined in the service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for planning and executing the event. Clients must also adhere to the venue and vendor policies and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Eelegant Events will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

Force Majeure

Eelegant Events shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, or any other unforeseen events.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and intellectual property related to Eelegant Events are the property of the Company. Unauthorized use of any such content is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

Amendments

Eelegant Events reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review the terms periodically.
